Finally done! Remaking every emblem in Halo 4 took me about a month and a half and here is the fruit of my labor, 174 PSD files any Halo fan can use to make sharp multiplayer emblems for whatever, be it a costume, use in video editing, stickers, anything!
The Halo 4 Vector Emblem Pack includes every emblem, foreground and background, as it's own PSD file. Opening one up will give you a vector mask of the emblem that you can resize as big or as small as you want while keeping the image as sharp as possible. Also included is a color palette in the form of a png that includes all the colors Halo 4 uses for emblems. Something to note about that, the color chooser in the game is actually a little lighter in color than what the emblems actually are. What I did to get the true colors is take a screencap of the Square background emblem in every color and Color Picked it with photoshop.
I did this once before for Halo 3 back in 2009, the Halo 3 High Resolution Emblem Pack, you can check that out at halo.bungie.org here: [link] (Also I might rehost it here on my dA later.) I've improved a lot since then so this Halo 4 pack is of better quality. Both packs were made by using the Pen Tool in Photoshop CS4.
Enjoy and use this resource for whatever Halo project you might have, just be sure not to claim it as your own work, and giving me credit is optional.
I hate to be that guy, but as a graphic designer I feel that I have to point out that this is not vector art. True vector are could be scaled to any size without loss of image quality. These would have to be Illustrator files, not photoshop files.
Now that I got that out of the way, Thanks again. Awesome work, DUDE!!
You are able to make vector masks with Photoshop and that's what these are. They can in fact be scaled to any size without loss of image quality, as mentioned in the description. You can even export these to Illustrator if you have Photoshop.

Regardless, thank you for your kind words.
